We were called by a property manager and asked to complete a surface cleaning project for a dentist office off of N Berkshire Rd. in Charlottesville. The sidewalk and handicap accessory ramp had become slightly slick, especially when wet from the rain. To clean the stains, we applied a degreaser before completing any surface cleaning. After giving the degreaser time to work into the stains, we applied our soap mix. Finally, we used our surface cleaner to pressure wash the dirt, mold, stains, and grime away!
