The homes and scenery in the Nortonsville/Free Union, VA area are absolutely beautiful. We completed a sidewalk and patio cleaning project for this customer to add to the pleasant scenery. We pre-treated the sidewalks and patio with our soap mix. Then we used our surface cleaner to pressure wash the concrete. We followed this up by post-treating the sidewalks and patio. One section of mold was stubborn and could not be cleaned off with our traditional approach. The homeowner said that the concrete there had not been cleaned in 50 years. We used our softwash system to soap the concrete with a more potent mix, and the mold finally came off.
