The owner of this beautiful Charlottesville home reached out to us because of a referral from a friend. For this project we used our softwashing system to soap the house. This soap mix killed off all of the mold and it also loosens up the dirt, pollen, and grime that may be clinging to the house. We then rinse the house down with a high volume of water to remove the dead mold, dirt, and grime. After the House Wash, we completed a Porch Cleaning and a Porch Ceiling Cleaning using the same process. Overall the job was a major success and our client was very happy!
