This project was a challenge because we not only had a House Wash to complete we also had Mold and Algae to remove from the brick. The mold was located on the brick steps, around the edge of the porch, and on the ledges of the windows. It is extremely tough to get mold and algae off of brick and it will not completely come off using pressure alone. We used our softwash system to soap and kill off all of the mold and algae. We then completed the normal house wash. After the house wash was complete we went back and rinsed off all of the mold and algae from the brick. The house turned out great and was located off of Allen Road in Earlysville.
